In some of the documents made available during discovery, there was an email discussion between Kyle bass and Lewis. They had become aware that Highland planned to begin buying shares between 10% and 20% of book value. This was way back when are the stock was still halted. So it’s clear that Highland has been following this situation for a long time. Good to see they are still buying.
