Welcome to the PINK Sheets where investors are in the Wild Wild West without a U.S. Martial within a zillion miles to keep them from getting ripped off.
Any pink sheet issue is a real gamble because there are more crooks running those companies than honest people running companies that are listed with oversight. That is why the SEC is so taxed that they virtually let the pinks run themselves unfettered. Oh yes pink companies are required to report but what happens when they are late?
No penalty and what about bogus filings like Calypso has made?
Filings do not mean squat on the pinks and this past history should have taught at least one of the loose for losers that I am right.
