Plant is worth 100m itself on the low end. Plus accounts receivable and patents and customer base. It all adds value. 100-120m buyout on the low end. We know cargill is involved and adm seems to be too. 2 companies that can buy this with pocket change and find a use for the NOLS for their new acquisitions.
