Yeah, how many times did we hear "the Mother Of All Short Squeezes" was about to happen - yeeeeehaaawwww!
this was touted as a squeeze play for a couple of months - even before the NOBO came out. And sounds like AMTD sent their own C/D to Rufus. First we heard about that. Wonder how soon after that PR trashing them that it arrived.
Well like Mike alexander was quick to point out ADP was finished. They were the ones responsible for the error. they were the ones that should have PRed the error. they wil be the ones responsible for any losses by shareholders that invested using those numbers. Nothing worse than using someone's mistake to your own benefit.
Remember Kent C's post to me - obviously everyone there was holding the party line..

I assume you didn't listen to MIKE on the Subpenny radio interview?
Too bad Ben told that one poster he was going to correct the numbers on the website and he didn't. Mike ruined the gig for everyone as far as I can see...he opened his yapper...You can try to blame it all on ADP - but the fact is BEN knew about the error and took no action to correct it.
are we talking about the same letter? I believe I saw one composed by you that was not a form letter..I'll look again. I agree that the naked shorts should be eliminated..I don't agree with using it as an excuse.

Hey Kent just one more comment - If they knew the numbers were wrong why are they still posted on the website?? Are they waiting for ADP to remove them???

The FORM letter to the SEC was sent around years ago and was signed by many , and no I didn't draft it.
Also WHO compiled the short numbers? WHO put out a PR stating they were not correct?
Oh call and asked when the co got the newest list.
