To scam gullible investors with a pump and dump as you make money (**IF**) you time entry and the quick sell properly). 2. To become a bag-holder in a pump and dump after the scammers take the profits and disappear. Just go to a casino and put it all on one number on the roulette wheel - you have a better chance of making money doing it that way.
