Everyone has their own comfort levels and for me personally it makes no sense at this time to risk capital when a RS if done at these levels would only be to fulfill a lenders requirement that allows them to exit solely at shareholders expense. Since this has already happened with this stock once it could happen twice.
I will be more comfortable once I see 8ks
