Jason Clayton and Jim Joslin as far as I can tell have very good reputations in the industry?
I’m sure you have tons of proof to back up your claims that this is all lies and securities fraud right? Or are you just slandering their names here without any proof at all. That wouldn’t be a good thing to do. Accusing Jason Clayton and Jim Joslin of commuting secured fraud by lying on these statements made by the company.
Are you also stating that you have proof that David Ho has also committed fraud by lying on all the PR and the financial statements he had put out.
I have to admit it’s pretty bold to outright accuse these people of securities fraud!!
I would sure hope you have solid proof to back that up as from what I can tell none of them have any issues with the SEC and all have good reputations.
Please share your proof with us on these issues instead of saying past actions of the company as these people have not been here for those past renditions of failed companies. Ho, Clayton and Joslin have not been here long enough to blame these issues on unless you have proof and if so please share.
I patiently await your response with all the proof you have. I surely hope it’s not just past actions of people and companies long since gone as in my book that no way reflects the people in charge or the company as is. I mean these two companies have been around for decades.
