Why does WMIH need to "realign preferred holders with their ABS Trusts?" Why can't they just pay them off with cash? Don't get me wrong, I had some WAMPQ, and would love to have new preferreds... I'm just trying to understand your terminology (i.e., realign preferred holders with their ABS Trusts) and why you think WMIH needs to issue new preferred to TPS and P escrow holders.

Would you please elaborate.
