That's not what I said at all. If pre-conservatorship shareholders lost a ton of their shares' value because of government misconduct and then sold their shares, how does the government writing a big check to current shareholders (giving them a big windfall) constitute justice? Shouldn't the government instead write checks to make those pre-conservatorship shareholders whole?
