Just from a logistical point of view and not legal.,if the performing trusts pay directly to us, how do they get the list of people who signed release or if they will pay to everyone who used to own WAMU stocks, how do they get that list?
Right from the getgo, the theory already makes no sense not counting that the theory is counter to POR 7 and therefore illegal.
