To Our Shareholders:

I would like to thank all of you for your ongoing support and belief in CyberKey Solutions(tm) and our vision for the future of this Company. We recently celebrated our fifth Anniversary and we are very excited about our future and are putting into place strategic and tactical processes that will ensure our continued growth. Our ongoing focus continues to be on addressing the needs of our customers, business partners and investors by delivering innovation products and solutions that will be well received in the marketplace.

CyberKey’s Mission and Strategic Partnerships

CyberKey Solutions’s mission has always been to provide products and comprehensive solutions that enable individuals or organizations to store, secure and move digital content. One of the most important events that validated our strategy was receiving a purchase order earlier this year from the United States federal government in excess of $25 million for our patent-pending Mobile Communications Device (MCD), the CyberKey USB flash drive. And, we have also recently received a second order from the federal government for additional Biometrics enhanced USB CyberKeys.

CyberKey Solutions is aggressively developing strategic partnerships with industry leading organizations around the world that will help us to broaden our suites of products and services for diverse global markets. To that end, we recently announced a Memorandum of Understanding with Sequiam Biometrics that will enable us to expand our product family and offer additional solutions that will incorporate Biometrics capabilities similar to our KeepSafe(tm) product line.

Strategic and Tactical Marketing Objectives

It’s a truism to say, but in business today, perception is to a certain extent reality. Accordingly, we believe it is critical to the company’s continued ongoing growth to enhance how we communicate with the external world around us. To that end, we have recently launched a redesigned ecommerce enabled web site that helps to convey our strategic corporate focus and evolving product marketing strategy for diverse vertical markets. And, please know, that as we move forward we will be developing new marketing collateral for our product lines and solutions as well as launching an aggressive marketing campaign to generate new forms of consumer and corporate revenue streams.

We are currently in the process of conducting an aggressive marketing campaign directed at largely untapped, niche markets. CyberKey Solutions has recently advertised to U.S. Military families through various military support websites and to NASCAR fans around the country in Speed World Magazine. We are also working closely with various organizations to market our ChildIDKey with ContentWatch software to help protect the nation’s most valuable asset, our children.

Core Competency

My goal for this Company has always been to provide solutions to specific problems in the data and information protection arena. I realized some time ago that personal information is a tremendously valuable asset and people will pay to protect it. We have continued to pursue leads and possibilities in the consumer, corporate customization, medical, educational, and entertainment markets.

We have recently identified several new markets in the automotive and cellular technology fields that will be a boon to our current business model. And, we have met with and initiated ongoing strategic discussions with potential customers and business partners in the European Union, with the intent to broaden our market focus, so that we can address the 60% of the global market that is not accessible by concentrating solely on US markets.

Recent Media Coverage

I recently discussed the Company’s future with Nicole Hunt, from ItsAboutFinance.com, in an exclusive interview from the NASDAQ floor. During the interview, I spoke about the Company’s plans to complete our audited financials and up list to the OTC Bulletin Board. We are getting closer to achieving this goal and expect to have the financials in hand soon, at which point, we will file them with the SEC.
