But I judge him based on long term observation of his actions vs. frustration over his silence about current unexplained actions...

I've been giving him the benefit of the doubt for quite some time, problem is that "current unexplained actions" is going on a year or more of unexplained actions. And he has created the atmosphere of doubt among shareholders. I can only go by what I have observed, which is that he has largely taken shareholders for granted, and flat out ignores any questions/concerns we have. Furthermore, it's become impossible to tell whether or not he is even acting in the best interest of shareholders.

As I've said before, if all were well and he was working the cogs in the background to the ultimate benefit of shareholders, a simple statement by the company would have at least maintained some sense of status quo. A CEO watching the PPS go down as one shareholder after another bails and saying/doing nothing defies logic.
