The only reason the stock went down is because of the debt settlement. Penny stock investors have the tendency not to like dilution and willing to destroy a company because of that regardless of whether or not it is legitimate.
Now debt settlement is gone, there is no place to go but up with a company that made over 2 million in revenue and over 3 million in account receivable. There is no place to go but up with a company that made deals with CARMAX AND AUTONATION and many other dealerships. The rest of the noise is nothing but talk of the town that won’t make any difference.
