After everything that has happened over the last couple years I can’t fathom how you can still defend Brian.

I think he’s getting dangerously close to a class action. There are lack of disclosure issues related sale of company assets and use of proceeds, fiduciary duty issues (why accept so little for EV network worth millions, why issue all these shares to someone when you just received cash from settlement, no way for shareholders to get in touch with company to ask questions, etc).

What integrity? I see none whatsoever.
