He issued nearly a BILLION shares recently for .0001 when the share price was in the .002 range. You don't find that suspect?
I can understand a 60% discount to current market price. That's how most convertible notes are structured. But Eakle issued them at .0001, the absolute lowest he could sell them for.
He had NO need to do that! Who did he issue those shares to? Who made those free millions?
