jhdf52, in my view WMIH MOST definitely wants a RS to happen. This will happen and be in place by Halloween 2018 and WMRRC will not closeout (according to Rich) until year-end 2018.

Most companies do not want one billion plus shares outstanding and WMIH has told us as much in their PR, then 8K and verbally mentioned they would like to be similar in outstanding shares as NSM was. The had around 100 million outstanding so my view, no doubt, this WILL HAPPEN!
