ItsMyOption, thank you very much for taking the lead on this issue. This took a lot of time and diligence and I and many others appreciated this a great deal. It sounds to me like you forged a wonderful relationship with Rich and many Kudos to you!!!
My take on where the money may come from:
1) Confirmed Safe Harbor a subject many of having studied, understood to a degree and now Rich confirms this as well
2) Confirmed retained assets sent back to the Trustee in charge of the Trusts which confirms similar language from a subject matter expert CBA09
3) The 65 billion Calif/DB/JPM case settled and Judge asks if "Moms and Pops" were noticed and it was said they were so these monies have had to be paid on our behalf to someone/somewhere. So, this tells me our monies may have been paid into a (DST) Delaware Statutory trust or similar controlled 100% by Kosterus
4) WMMRC had to have a multitude of billions backing the insurance policies in run-off mode. I have confirmed in filings this would be almost all cash by the first quarter of 2019. Now Rich has confirmed this company will be gone by end of 2018 which means a multitude of billions belong to Marker holders and/or WMIH. Either way, we receive a lot via markers and/or the value of WMIH will rise dramatically from current prices. This could be in the "tens-of-dollars" per share depending on how many billions and the ownership of these monies either WMIH and/or marker holders.
5) Sounds to me like Rich confirmed other subs and if this is true they must hold assets of some sort otherwise, there would be no reason for their existence all of these years. Remember, a California 1031 Exchange was closed on 12/8/2017, a new Delaware 1031 Exchanged opened on 12/8/2017 as well as WMIIC dissolved on 1/18/2018. This means assets have been transferred as this is the main function of a 1031 Exchange
