I guarantee you there is other language in the thousands of pages of documents that contradict what you are posting..

one side puts something in and then the other side does the same..it goes on until there is a thousand pages of contradictory nonsense..

in the end, someone will eventually make a decision and will point to whatever he chooses to that will appear to agree with his stance..
