Hi BB! Yeah, I researched it yesterday as well and am wondering if he's going to merge the 2 to get it trading(?)

It also seems like he's pushing startup's and incubation and 'probably' has some good connections due to his background; 'maybe' he's taking something completely fresh public(?)

We'll see...

As I already have a position, I'm obviously hoping for a large fwd split 'but' I need to see the 8k that I believe is supposed to be filed tomorrow to see what they did with the convertible notes. Hoping they were cancelled or sold with the shell and not left in the prior owners hands!

ot: I see what he paid for 67% of this shell and am still dumbfounded zp_cm died...….. Yes, I'm still crying over that spilled milk LOL
