Once again, where did I ever say I personally wanted them to be audited? I did not. The point made was calling a company doesn’t confirm they’re an operating company. It’s easy to read what I actually said: “Calling a number doesn’t confirm their existence as a fully operating company, cheeky - Fully Audited financials for SPRV would do that.”

If Rod was so interested in a “clean” company and “changing it”, he would not Be in with the likes of Paul Strickland, Bryan Wayne Geer, and Bo Linton. Nor would he be using MoneyTV to pump SPRV with an interview conducted by the infamous Donald Baillargeon. It take about 10 seconds to determine the SEC filed a judgment against the shady Baillargeon for fraud and manipulation and fined him - More than Once.

What I absolutely can NOT agree upon is your claim that SPRV was/is an SEC reporting stock which “voluntarily delisted”. That is false, not a word of it is factual. Stating to watch for Filings so everyone “can see all of the past SEC filings when this was fully reporting” is unequivocally FALSE.

Their safe harbor is FALSE, MISLEADING, and a securities violation:

Why is there a cost quote on taking a company from private to being traded on an exchange? SPRV won’t be trading on any exchange, they claim their goal is to become “OTC Pink”. You’re saying their purpose is “to make the deal a success for cheap and also be immediately on the exchange and trading for the company”. That’s Wrong as well - FYI, the OTC is NOT an exchange.

Does Rod even know anything about the OTC? There is no such thing as "OTC Pink Fully Reporting". The correct term is "Pink Current Information".

Your opinion that Rod Santulan is for real in noted. I on the other hand believe he’s made some very poor choices. SPRV is paying to use fraudster Donald Baillargeon for advertising by “interviewing” Santulan, while getting into bed with Strickland, Geer, and Linton. SPRV is using a false and fraudulent safe harbor statement. I seriously doubt Santulan wants the same thing as I do - I would never knowingly support scams nor scammers for any reason.
