Where did you see no proof of a cannabis R/M? All I have been seeing is proof one is coming. Also why would you ever think that AIMH would get a skull when it just did 11 new fillings to catch them up. AIMH did not even have a skull on them before when they were over 6yrs of no fillings at all.
I have also noticed that AIMH's shares structure has stayed the same since they started catching up there fillings. The T/A is not gagged. Anyone can check this so I doubt it would be from the company doing shady stuff with the market because it is clear there not. I could not think of any reason why they would get a skull like your suggesting.
Have a look at a screen shot of the AIMH OTC markets page from Aug 1st 2017 two months before they started catching up all there fillings. It had a stop sign. You don't get skulls for getting everything caught up so I doubt that would ever happen now. I have been trading for a while now and what your suggesting just sounds very off to me..
