Just look at the history of the company over many years, and see that nothing has changed. Not lately, not recently, not when issue more shares, not even when changing leadership.

Just go back over years and see the exact same pattern repeated over and over and over and over again imo, that's all an investor needs to know until proven otherwise. Same pumps into what looks like a manipulated PPS, with no numbers, no deals spelled out, no breakthroughs, obviously have no "real" contracts to dig it out of it's hole.

Just more debts, keep on paying themselves generously, year after year, after year, after year, then run out of money again, etc etc etc etc...
