there are many companies working in a number of provinces that all will end up competing in China.

PLUG has taken a watch and see approach - although I think there has been more activity than disclosed - while focusing on local operations and scaling up to be able to deliver $400m a year in US revenues

The real focus of the Ballard partnerships is for buses and trains but yes they will apply to delivery vehicles (Plug's target)) and they say fork lifts although Ballard still doing R&D to catch up there.
