Will there be any recovery for equity since the DOW is at 26,000 an our assets are linked to a 2008 debt claim based on a fixed interest rate. The DOW’s Delta from 10,000-26,000 is far greater than any interest the BK judge would accrue to a claim from a debtor. See my point. We should have enough money made with our Escrow in BK hands then the entire debt from 2008 and have twice the principle we put into the escrow when the Clinton-Era-Coupe with players like Corzine, Obama and the other CHicago Mob, used Lehman and Wamu as their sheep to slaghter. Then came back with MF-Global for “sloppy seconds”. Guys like Corzine just have to go back and “slap the bitch” they just “raped”, ya know; chicago style.
