I said I was taking the simplistic route. But I'd bet that CX717 doesn't have such a weird bioavailability profile that 1gm/kg wouldn't produce a markedly higher level than clinically relevant doses:10-20mg/kg. You make a good point about minuscule impurities being amplified with such massive dosing--though of course, that presumes that increased absorption is actually occurring.
