LFWK opened at .40 and in just about 10 days droped to about .05 and then over another 10 days droped to .0005!
This kind of shorting is not to just drop the price of the stock but to hope that the co. in this case LFWK gets into a little financial trouble and can't bail them selves out and go bankrupt! It has happend to other co.

If the co. goes away they the shorters keep the money!

Now what we have here is still shorting going on, and heavy buying!

If this stock hits about .35-.38 there will be heavy covering, and the possability of destroying some hedge funds that short naked!

This is also something the SEC does NOT want to happen, on a large scale, this could do major harm to the market!
