You should look at the Bankruptcy filings to find out instead of speculating.

Not that I really needed to since it is a personal bankruptcy and not related to the business of Simulated Environment Concepts Inc at all, but I went on pacer and read through both the 2017 and 2018 Bankruptcy cases.

The 2017 case got dismissed pretty quickly because the filing was incomplete.

The 2018 case only involved Ella Frenkel and hasn't officially closed yet, but it is just a personal bankruptcy deal having to do with hospital bills, legal bills, and personal loan type debts. The case has nothing to do with the SMEV shell at all. Simulated Environment Concepts Inc isn't mentioned at all. In fact, when asked about any stocks/bonds/mutual funds owned when the Bankruptcy petition was filled out in February 2018, Ella Frenkel check none. I'm not quite sure what to make of that.

The proposed plan for the personal Bankruptcy is exclusively about working out payment plans for the creditors. There is nothing at all in the plan about selling personal assets. The plan was confirmed on 7/24/18, and the deadline for new claims passed on 8/7/18 so it should official close any time now.

It did end up being a little bit helpful though. I found an email for Ella Frenkel in the bankruptcy filing so now I have emails out to both Frenkel and Licht. Hopefully those are email addresses that they still check.

It would be nice to have confirmation about whether:

1) this Brian Matthews legally acquired control of the shell then just committed tax fraud by not paying the back taxes owed to the state of Florida

or

2) this Brian Matthews didn't acquire control of the shell legally making this whole thing an example of corporate identity theft, forgery, and fraud.

I'm not saying it's impossible that the SMEV shell was sold sometime between 2013 and now. Maybe Frenkel sold her ownership to somebody years ago. I'm just saying that the circumstances surrounding the Brian Matthews takeover of the shell are extremely suspect. If Brian Matthews legally acquired the SMEV shell then the first step is to cure the back taxes owed to the state of Florida, reinstate the entity, and assign himself as the new president. He didn't do that. He made a new entity by the same name instead.

It would be really helpful if you can find a web presense for Brian Matthews to share. I'm having trouble even confirming that he is a real person.

He used a Port St. Lucie phone number on the 8K filing at (772) 236-3264. That's the only real clue we have besides his picture.

Brian Matthews is using a fake address in Miami from when SMEV was last doing SEC filings in 2008. And there is no business entities in Florida that can definitely be linked to this Brian Matthews person besides the new fake Simulated Environment Concepts Inc entity.

His background from his bio is too vague to be helpful so far.
