We are talking about $ value you so unless $FLCR is planning on devaluing the value of the company then sure there’s a big potential of coming out worse after r/s. But clearly the company is trying to better reflect its value based on it $25m 2018/19 rev guidance from its mergers and acquisition.

If the current value of your holding is say $10k after r/s I believe the value will still remain at least $10k or more not less. The number of shares will decrease but I expect the company to price the pps at a price that doesn’t decrease its current value (market cap). Company is definitely looking to increase value not decrease based on their press releases.
