Good points, Dew. I just can’t shake this intuition I have about the timing of the shelf and if it means something unexpected is being contemplated. Another technic possibility is selling a controlling stake to another company or private investor. They would need an immediate shareholder vote to authorize the doubling of the outstanding shares. A semi-buyout? Thoughts?
