Oh yes OK STORY TIME. So greag was talking to explain that a api and your backend app were to completely unrelated things. The api is only that word document and is unrelated. The 2 developers were getting really pissed because it took him 3days to get it per june before we finaly got permison to dig into it. (Remember this a a person that supposedly launched tech projects before)
Another unrelated story is he was having a conversation with a few others after that first meet up. About he and he alone invented the "perpetual motion machine" when he was a kid. He was talking to 2 clearly clueless people. I relly dont understand why someone every bring something like that up clearly you have a very little understand of engineering and physics.

Juan is related some how to tony I think... and was one of the initial investors when geotraq was restarted this year. And we asked as a favor to help with this somehow. He did a rewrite of api/platform proof of concept that was shown to investors. After greg made enemys with some russian guy named roman whos team built the itraq platform and sold the device. (Witch did the same thing as geotraq but guess what... it had a GPS in it. (Witch greg never really would admit to when we were working on the cell id crap it was just well this plastic thing i am holding worked 3 years ago.)
Oh and juans perfect (greg said) platform we had to get going with no documentation with is understandable when he said he wrote it in about a week. I think he is just stuck in the middle of this bs. But he also should have pointed out to tony that hey this thing only displays one tower with would never work for triangulation. I think that as well I will say this again to how naive greg is, does anyone really think any cell phone chip mfg will no do everything in there power to reduce power consumption out of the box. And the way the modal saved power was a overly convoluted way of putting the chip to sleep with an external hardware trigger again nothing really ground breaking. If anything it was a bit stupid because the chip had that functionality in software.
It was beleved by greg that you could make the location persiosn better by just listing to more towers even if they were below the -128db (or what ever the min for cell tower reconisons is) threshold. If you have ever messed with rf, you will know in the city your noise floor is going to be higher so you could not do this even if you tried.
