Interesting except that for some reason in this outline Ella Fenkel is portrayed as some innocent bystander who just keeps reinstating and dissolving companies.

She was talked into this, then she musta realized that. Something was wrong with the other so it was determined etc. Why does this Fenkel get a pass in this universe? Seems suspect.

Why isn't this new CEO is just as pass worthy as the poor bystander Ms Fenkel?

Seems like slight of hand. Don't look at Fenkel just look at the others.


I'll look into this Fenkel and see how innocent she really is or if she is legitimate as seems to be implied, maybe there's a connection to the new CEO.
