The Claim That SMEV Is Fake Is Now Weak Sauce...

This theory that SMEV was a fake reinstatement play sounded plausible initially. That was before an 8k came out today followed by a series of tweets from what purports to be the company.

The claim is now reduced to the Florida articles of incorporation. Claims that it's fake cite that they didn't reinstate the previous inception of Simulated Environment Concepts that they merely created a new entity and it's therefore fake. The only problem with that insinuation is that has happened 5 times now. The company has been dissolved and merged into the new entity several times. It's not as if there was only 1 Simulated Environment Concepts and now there is another which is being insinuated. Or that the previous management of the old inception were the only management.
The current formation of Simulated is in line with all previous formations as depicted below. If the twitter is right and there is still filing work to be done we will see the previous entity become Inactive/Merged like the others and the new one will be the surviving entity as depicted below.
There is no other basis to support this is fake. Considering that there are now misleading statements as to why it is fake, there is an SEC filing, and a twitter account succinctly explaining the process, all evidence now leans to it being completely real.
