I'm estimating $14-16M in FCF($8.1M last 12 Months) for FY2018. (FY Report in March'19) That's plenty money to get us to April or May without any debt.
With the stock above $20.00 (then) each $5M debt will take 250K stocks from the company.

How does that sound?

Assuming that the stock price will continue its uprise.

The company can borrow $5 to $10M (Just a number) every 3 month or as needed. Causing minor dilution and getting CV-007 through Phase I.
