Sorry to say, but I have often seen it and SEC won´t do anything bc it´s legal. All you can do is just let your fingers away from such stocks or at least set stop losses. I´m in for the third time already. Those stocks do mostly a fabulous dead cat bounce. What´s 0,10 compared to 20$ 2 weeks ago?!? Nothing! But 600-700% gains from today´s pps...
