Disagree, once on Nasdaq they have easy path to do public offering. The plan is not to start trail until 2019. What pps we are going to be by then? Let's say easy $12.. and that's minimum imo.. they can do offering for 10M shares and get $100mln cash just like that.. 10M shares is not doing any dent in Shares Structure and whoever buys those shares, is going to be long term hold. We are going to see public offering imo hopefully they will push it as far in the future as possible so we could get pps up as high as possible.. but with no debt on books we are risk free investment, anyone would go after our offering.
