This is what I found so far.
They spent lot's of time and money to do pre clinical trial. They had IND meeting with FDA last year. They have very good idea what to do next. So there is 90% chance that they will be successful getting FDA approval unless they mess it up. Full trial won't be completed by 2020 but at least phase I should be completed by Aug 2019. I'm guessing that puts at it 5B ($50) market.
