You are not looking at liability at the same time.. you always have to look on both asset and liabilities.

An example is the Barclays business they sold before the POR was made. If they sell for example 250B, and it’s liability is also 250B. It means zero proceed. And therefore, the remaining from the 600B asset will be 350B minus the remainIng liabilities.
