Wtf are yoy talking about? They have an AS of 1 billion, how are they 5.5 times their AS, AND they filed a quarterly report for 6/2018 that reads only 448 million OS... Per their quarterly report...

As of July 20th, 2018 they report 468 million in OS per OTCMarkets.com...

Where the hell are you getting 5.5 billion OS from???

They claimed in their last PR on 8/15/2018 that their uplisting was denied due to their auditor losing their registration over a bad audit of another unrelated company - and that they're working to refile to obtain it...

I see nothing that validates anything your claiming... Sources?
