The U.S. Should Require All Citizens to Vote

No, I don't agree with that, although I do think all should vote. Forcing them is an entirely different matter. I have friends that have no interest in politics and could not discuss many political topics. And I have met a few that do not vote for religious reasons. Forcing the uncaring or unwilling to vote would really create a conundrum.

There is one thing I wish our government would do to spur greater participation. I think that Voting Day should be a paid holiday. There are probably some that don't vote because it is very inconvenient. Geez, if we can have President's Day, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving, why not Voting Day?
