Expansion of distribution is, generally, positive, but in this case the underlying EG business can only scale so far to realize cost efficiencies and they are pretty much at a cap within their given infrastructure.

So it just means increased losses.

Only bright spot with EG would be a divestiture. But then they divest the greenhouse, which resolves the VV issue but creates a gap.
