Last question: do you think that the 40B of assets that the FDIC retained are valued at close to 40B or does it include a lot of liabilities?

Because if the FDIC has 16.2B of claims and 40B of assets are only worth 16B then we will get nothing from the FDIC. Hopefully after dragging their feet for more than 6 years then the 40B assets will be worth ,ore.
