Hi goldengeo, The following is what I get from PTV:

-PTVs system would be related to ABWNs older patent because it uses present radio wave technology witch transmits data at a much slower rate than LASERs.

-PTVs system has to rely on a fleet of 250 modified aircraft and their aircrews which would have to be rotated through 8 hour shifts, as opposed to thousands of airliners already flying around the clock.

-PTVs system would only cover the continental U.S. as opposed to being global.

-ABWNs system would make the PTV system obsolete.
