I'm only on the installation side but I know that they are one of the largest door hardware companies in the world.
In my opinion, they are the best. You pay a little more for their A-grade products so it's a tough sell sometimes, but I think it's worth it in the long run. Pinching pennies on door hardware always comes back to bight you.
I couldn't tell you how it goes down at corporate HQ and I don't want to know, but every representative I've dealt with in the field has gone the extra mile for me to make my job easier.
They are a spin off from ingersoll-rand and have been in this business since before I was born. She could do worse.
