I just read that...at least you got a response. I don't know if the company has any recourse, but I actually got out of the stock because of the restriction. I am sure there are others like me at Ameritrade or Etrade. There is enough manipulation by the MM...when the broker's do it too, the game is just too stacked in favor of the house.
