Stocks on watch for possible future manipulation.

I consider the following stocks at risk for possible future stock manipulation by the Carlos Reyes group because accounts I have associated to the Carlos Reyes group have mentioned picking up shares in them in recent days:

CCTR, WPUR, ABPR, EVUS

These are all zombie tickers that have been abandoned by their former owners and are currently revoked at their local Secretary of State domiciles.


China Crescent Enterprises, Inc (CCTR) is a delinquent SEC filer. It hasn't done any of its required SEC filings since 2011

It was abandoned in 2011 and is a permanently revoked Nevada business entity

The shell was abandoned in 2011 and was dissolved by the state of Florida in 2012
