Exactly!! Vigil is using PR’s and tweets as her fraud campaign again. My guess is she’s done using GYOG as her atm and now she’s moved over to ILST. The investor base is new here. Thank God for people like us who can spread awareness of this SCAM to the unsuspecting investors.
