Below is an announcement of a new COO with previous production experience in FMC and other companies, plus additional technical positions also announced. The new COO will probably coordinate with Ganfeng the construction and operation of the Cauchari plant and later Nv. He replaces John Kanelitsas, who may have been a bit over his head trying to get the company into production (He is a business guy) and he will move to a different position.
