Why don't you call FINRA and ask them about LOFB. If you enter FINRA, it comes right up. It says that each company has it's own FINRA Representative assigned to it. It would seem to be a simple matter to call, find out who is working on this IPO and then talk to him/her and get the real information if there is any.
