if you put a floppy disk in the USPS mail addressed to the OTC Markets web site how long do you think it would take to get uploaded?

So long as he has a delivery confirmation of said floppy disk he is in the clear...

Not worried aabout the 10Q but am worried about Leaf of Faith and Medi Mike. Is it happening through VGID or some other way?
