Ehh, I really wouldn't put much trust in Rufus's words. Do you really think CSHD, or any company for that matter, WANTS to be sued by the SEC? If it weren't so "difficult" (wonder why) to prove ownership of these bonds this whole thing wouldn't heve even progressed to this stage.

Most reasonable people will agree that causing your stock to be suspended by the SEC is not a smart business move.
